Asia Network Summit
The Banking with the Poor Network, in collaboration with FDC, the SEEP Network and ADA, is this week hosting the annual Asia Network Summit in Singapore from 25 – 28 August 2009. The Asia Network Summit (ANS) is a unique event bringing together microfinance networks from across the Asia region. Following from a successful Summit in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2008, the BWTP Network aims to expand the ANS 2009 to include more networks from the region and use a workshop approach to increase value for participants. The Summit intends to further increase collaboration, information and knowledge exchange between networks and provide opportunities for technical exchange on shared issues of importance. More…
